This marketing and sales evaluation is an ideal process to evaluate the effectiveness of your team, your strategies and your performance. The evaluation is a 3-step process.

First, we will collect and analyze certain statistics and information about your organization that you provide.

Second, we will conduct on-site interviews with several members of the sales and marketing teams and management.

Third, we will conduct phone interviews with several of your sales representatives, distributors and customers. From the information we collect, we will write a detailed report including our findings, conclusions and recommendations, which we will present to the senior management team.

The evaluation and report will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
